If I am to be authentic, then I must understand who I am.

The deeper my understanding of who I am, the more authentic I can be.

Our sense of who we are is bounded by both time and space. Today we have new knowledge that greatly extends our understanding of who we are in both of these dimensions. Integrating this new knowledge into our sense of self opens up new possibilities for authenticity.
